Roles & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities :

• Support the Manager in project planning and execution and ensuring the smooth progress of works; including the review of project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Assist in project administration according to the work plan, cost control management, material requisition, project supervision and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory.
• Co-ordinate with the Structural, Architectural and M&E staff to resolve related problems and issues.
• To perform QA / QC role on area assigned and to ensure safety regulations are being compiled on site.
• Management of supervisors and site workers to meet work productivity
• Prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report, etc.)
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
