Roles & Responsibilities

Operation Assistant (Logistic)

Working Day : Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Office Location : Changi North

Salary : Start from $2,000 - $2,800 (Depend on Experience)

Job Requirement

  • Preferable work experience with Logistic / Supply Chain
  • Training Provided

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate Quotation : Liaising & coordinate with Sales team on sales order and enquiries
  • Purchasing : Issue PO to suppliers, liaise with suppliers and follow up the order status
  • Stock Receiving & generate Goods Received Notes (GRN)
  • Issue D / O and arrange for goods delivery to customer
  • Picking, packing and labeling of products
  • Perform Stock Count
  • Monitor Stock Level
  • Ad-hoc job assigned by management
