Job Title : TCM Operations Assistant Manager / Manager 运营助理经理 / 经理

Location : Tiong Bahru 中峇鲁

Employment Type : Full-Time 全职

Salary : $3,500 to $5,000 per month

Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive / Assistant Manager to support our day-to-day operations and drive operational improvements and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage office operations, scheduling, and documentation
  • Implement improvement to operational processes to achieve operational efficiencies
  • Assist with HR and finance-related tasks as needed
  • Support the development of the chain of clinics and implementation of new operational initiatives

Requirements :

  • Singaporeans or PR only
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in administrative and / or marketing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design or marketing tools
  • Prior experience in TCM group or chain clinic operations preferred
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to facilitate communications regarding TCM treatment protocols and supplier co-ordination.

  • ⁠ ⁠有中医连锁/集团诊所工作经验者优先考虑
