As a Business Transformation Analyst, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team helping clients reinvent experiences, streamline operations, and unlock growth—particularly across Life Sciences, Healthcare, and B2B sectors.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and data‑driven problem solver, translating insights into impact by collaborating across business, design, and technology teams. Your role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, shaping strategies, and delivering high‑value change.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with stakeholders to reimagine processes and customer journeys, delivering end‑to‑end business transformation
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, root causes, and innovation opportunities
- Support digital strategy, workflow redesign, and implementation of scalable solutions across touchpoints and teams
- Monitor project progress across timelines, budgets, risk, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Create data visualizations, reports, and transformation roadmaps that inform decision‑making and drive buy‑in
- Facilitate Agile workshops and design sprints with cross‑functional teams
- Support business case development and performance benchmarking for transformation initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING
1+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, customer experience, or digital strategyBachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related disciplineStrong analytical and storytelling skills—able to turn data into actionable insights for business and design teamsProficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or FigmaExcellent stakeholder communication and a collaborative mindsetComfort navigating ambiguity and working in agile, fast‑paced environmentsBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
