Job descriptionPrepare and handle materials for testing. Set up and operate machines for testing and analysis. Perform rubber recipe weighing, mixing, and compounding. Evaluate rubber properties according to SOPs. Maintain lab equipment, perform minor troubleshooting, and ensure housekeeping standards. Update and maintain inventory records for materials and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs. Minimum O-Level or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a rubber inspection laboratory (preferred). Hands-on experience with lab equipment and mechanical machine handling. Computer literate. Self-disciplined, independent, and motivated to work in a lab environment. Knowledge of rubber compounding and material testing methods. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment. Competitive salary with company transport provided. Hands-on experience with advanced testing equipment. - Salary : S$2,500 – S$3,000 / month (commensurate with experience)
- Employment : Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 45 PM
