Tech sourcer / recruiter (Remote, contract)

Job Description

Our AI start-up client is seeking a technical sourcer or recruiter to join their team in Singapore. This is a fully remote, six-month contract position with the potential to convert to full-time employment.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality technical talent for AI / ML engineering, software engineering, and related technical roles through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates within the AI / ML and software engineering communities
• Conduct initial candidate qualification calls to assess technical fit, career aspirations, and alignment with company culture
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skill sets, and team dynamics to ensure accurate candidate matching
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain organized candidate records, communication logs, and hiring pipeline status
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions, particularly in emerging AI / ML specializations
