Purpose of the
Job
The SEA Tendering Manager is
responsible for leading and managing all tendering activities
across the Southeast Asia region for Sulzer Services. This role
ensures that bids and proposals are commercially competitive,
technically compliant, and aligned with company strategy while
safeguarding margins and contractual risks. The Tendering Manager
will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and
Legal teams to deliver winning proposals that secure profitable
growth in Pumps, Turbo Services, and Electromechanical
Services.
Main tasks and
responsibilities : Tender &
Proposal Management
coordination, and submission of tenders, bids, and proposals in
line with customer requirements, deadlines, and internal
governance. with the necessary sign off in accordance with the
Delegation of Authority
compliant with technical specifications, commercial terms, and
company policies.
by balancing competitiveness with risk mitigation, leveraging value
propositions such as OEM expertise, retrofit capabilities, and
service excellence
Commercial & Risk
Management
conditions, highlighting contractual
risks (e.g.,
liability, warranty, payment terms) and ensuring alignment with
corporate policies.
Finance to safeguard Sulzer's interests while
enabling
business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
