experiences to weddings, corporate functions, and parties. As we
continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and versatile
Event Executive to join our team. This role blends sales, client
servicing, and on-ground event operations - perfect for someone who
enjoys both planning and being part of the
action.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming enquiries via email, phone, and social
media
Prepare and send quotations, invoices,
and booking confirmations
Coordinate event
schedules and liaise with clients to ensure smooth
execution
Assist in planning and organising
logistics for each booking
Support sales
activities, including maintaining client relationships and
occasional marketing initiatives (e.g. social media support,
partnerships)
Keep accurate records of
bookings, payments, and communications
Be
present at events to assist with photo booth setup, coordination,
and smooth
operation
Requirements
Prior experience in events, customer service, sales, or
operations preferred
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
Organised,
detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at
once
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets,
and scheduling tools (Adobe skills are a plus)
Willingness to be hands-on at events, including setup and
coordination
Able to work independently as
well as in a small, fast-moving team
Passion
for events, photography, or creative industries is an
advantage
