Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of incoming / outgoing shipment discrepancies.
• Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders.
• Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt / shipping documentation for internal / external customers.
• Serves as point of contact for priority incoming / outgoing shipments.
• Monitors shipping / receiving discrepancies.
• Develops solutions to mitigate errors.
