Project Sales Coordinator

As a Project Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to the sales department and project team.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate order processing — including scheduling, tracking, and liaising with clients on delivery timelines.
• Support project documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Assist in compiling reports, tender submissions, and other related paperwork.
• Perform vendor sourcing and basic procurement duties to ensure smooth supply flow.
• Maintain inventory and stock records, ensuring accurate tracking of materials.
• Monitor shipment status and work with logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Assist in maintaining ISO-related documentation and general filing requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure projects and orders are completed efficiently.
• Perform occasional site visits and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements :

• Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Prior exposure to AutoCAD drafting or mechanical engineering environments will be highly advantageous.
