Salesforce Manager

Job Description Collaborate with users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Design and implement scalable, effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.

Provide technical guidance and hands-on configuration when necessary.

Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors / partners.

Manage ongoing application support for Salesforce and integrated systems — troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and ensure SLAs are met.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Own release management, change control, and platform governance.

Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides. Salary Range : SGD 6,500 - 8,000 Requirements 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including hands-on configuration and application support.

Background as a system analyst or similar role with experience bridging business and technical teams.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and integration options.

Experience providing end-user support, managing incidents, and working with helpdesk or ticketing systems.

Demonstrated ability to work with vendors and manage third-party solutions.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
