Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Supervision & Execution :

  • Lead and manage multiple crews across various trades and tasks.
  • Direct daily site activities, ensuring workforce productivity and quality.
  • Allocate manpower, materials, and tools effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance to workers based on drawings and specifications.

Coordination & Communication :

  • Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, safety officers, and quality inspectors.
  • Report work progress, delays, and resource needs to Project Manager.
  • Attend coordination and safety meetings.

    • Quality & Safety Control :

  • Ensure compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and enforce site discipline.
  • Monitor and ensure work quality meets specified standards and procedures.

    • Documentation & Reporting :

  • Maintain daily progress reports and attendance records.
  • Track material usage and request additional supplies when needed.
  • Document incidents, non-conformities, and equipment issues.

    • Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
  • 3 years of site experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Able to work extended hours, work shift and 6 day work per week.
  • Outdoor site-based work in varying weather conditions.
