Job Description
Identify and assess new markets and applications, develop tailored go-to-market strategies, and refine business plans through ongoing market and competitor analysis for the South East Asia market
Support front end sales to engage with prospective and existing customers to understand needs and position tailored solutions
Collaborate with all the stakeholders in country office to guide and support in developing proposals, bids, and presentations that align with customer objectives
Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops
Liaise with implementation teams, global headquarters, and third‑party suppliers from the earliest stages of a project to shape requirements and align solutions.
Track and report on pipeline status, and regional growth initiatives
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Communication / Networking / IT / Instrumentation
Minimum 5-7 yrs experience in fiber sensing technologies involving sales pursuits and overseeing technical implementations
Basic application knowledge across industries such as, but not limited to, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Data Centers, Infrastructure, and Railways
Willingness to travel regularly across the region to explore new opportunities and to stay updated on market developments
Knowledge on various fibre sensing solutions used in the industries and market available offerings
Basic understanding and experience with industrial communication technologies, including field and wireless protocols
Knowledge of commercial and financial aspects
Hands‑on experience with IIoT implementation, on‑premise / cloud applications, and upper‑level systems (such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, etc.) is an added advantage
