Relationship Manager (Private Wealth)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager (Private Wealth) to join our growing Private Banking team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on building trusted relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients across the region.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our private wealth portfolio, offering bespoke financial solutions, and helping clients achieve their long-term investment goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, and family offices.
  • Source new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and existing connections.
  • Understand clients’ financial needs and craft personalized strategies across investment, wealth management, and private banking products.
  • Provide timely market insights, professional advice, and superior service to support clients’ financial objectives.
  • Foster long-term trust and loyalty through consistent engagement and exceptional client experience.
  • Ensure all sales and advisory activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal compliance policies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or related financial services roles.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing HNW / UHNW client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of investment and wealth management products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in engaging C-suite executives and sophisticated investors.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with regional Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
  • Possesses CACS Paper 1 & 2
