About the Opportunity
As a Revenue Management - Content Analyst, you are responsible for delivering the most optimal content and products for our customers, acting as an owner of our fares warehouse for their markets. They will know exactly what we currently have, what is missing and what we need to be negotiating for from our partners. This role interacts with all key verticals (Air, Hotel, Rail, Car Rental among others).
Key duties and responsibilities
- Owning the content available to us, being aware of what is available for sale at all times.
- Track the current performance of our brand, suppliers, routes, and customer, and drive initiatives with the various teams where there are opportunities to improve that content and maximise income opportunities.
- Supporting the FCM brand with regular performance analysis and insights, bringing opportunities to improve our content offering and margin opportunities.
- Model income and ROI opportunities for all initiatives to ensure they move the needle.
- Periodically audit fares and deals available to our brand, reviewing the impact of changes and proactively suggesting actions which will improve our margins sustainably.
- Be the voice of Supply with your portfolio, supporting market leaders and other stakeholders with opportunities, fares awareness, governance, and anything else where your expertise could drive strong income.
- Support structural projects where available, such as the implementation of NDC in our content strategy, or how we can leverage insights from Customer RouteDeals.
- Coordinate actions with other teams and track KPI improvements.
You will have :
Clear understanding of all elements of content : price, restrictions, & eligibility terms.Strong analytical mindset, able to make sense of complex data to isolate the key trends and make the complex sound simple.Strong skills in organisation, communication, and data analysis and reporting.Ability to understand and anticipate the effect of a decision on the wider business, be commercial-minded.Self-initiative with a hands-on approach as you will be delivering your ideas and performance in our pricing and distribution systems.Excellent attention to details.Attitude of a team player.Passion about helping others discover the world and be travel-minded.Fluency in both written and verbal English language.
