Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our growing establishment! In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving profitability.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Manage food and beverage budgets, including cost control measures and menu pricing.
  • Oversee food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to all health regulations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers.
  • Represent the restaurant professionally at events and meetings.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
  • Bachelor Degree or Experience Need.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
