We are seeking a highly self-motivated researcher to join NEWRI’s Biotechnology and Bioprocesses team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our mission to push the frontiers of biotechnological innovations and sustainable bioprocess development, driving impactful solutions for water, energy, and resource recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead research teams and projects to achieve defined objectives and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Conceive and develop novel research ideas to push the frontiers of biotechnology and bioprocesses.
• Oversee and monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.
• Engage, manage, and liaise with stakeholders, including funding agencies, industry partners, and academic collaborators.
• Supervise and mentor graduate students, while contributing to grant proposal preparation and research publications.
