Regional Workplace Manager (APAC)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate services and real estate (CSRE) operations across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Manage regional real estate portfolio, including lease negotiations, budgeting, design, and construction projects.
• Lead facilities and business services such as reception, conference services, corporate travel, pantry / food services, and mail operations.
• Direct and support administrative and office management staff across multiple APAC locations.
• Act as the primary liaison with landlords, property managers, vendors, local authorities, and senior management.
• Drive real estate strategy and analytics, including occupancy planning, growth / contraction initiatives, and long-term space management.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement, and support for regional corporate events.
