Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a motivated and cheerful Junior Crew to join our team at our indoor playground. As a Junior Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for children and their families. You will assist the day-to-day operations of the playground and maintain a clean and organized environment. This position requires a passion for working with children, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Assist in handling and managing customer visit experienceAssist in crowd control and managing visitor safetyAssist in maintaining playground cleanliness & its tidinessAssist in managing the playground inventory and storageAssist in operating & upkeeping playground equipmentSupport day to day admission check in / out processSupport day to day event activities and performanceComplete any other tasks assigned by the supervisorJob Requirements :
Able to work with young children and their families.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public / school holidays.Capability to stand / walk for extended periodsA positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.Past experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.This is a FULL TIME position.The work location will be assigned based on business requirements which will be shared with you during interview.
