Monitor
progress and report to project managers or senior
engineers.
2. Team
Management
Manage construction
workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on
site.
Assign tasks and ensure that everyone
follows safety regulations and work
procedures.
3. Safety and
Compliance
Enforce safety
standards and conduct regular inspections to minimize
hazards.
Ensure compliance with local building
codes, environmental regulations, and company
policies.
4. Quality
Control
Inspect completed work to
ensure it meets specifications and
standards.
Address any quality issues promptly
and coordinate corrective
actions.
5. Material and Equipment
Management
Monitor the use of
materials and equipment on site.
Ensure timely
delivery and proper storage of materials and
tools.
6. Problem
Solving
Resolve on-site issues,
such as delays, resource shortages, or design
conflicts.
Communicate and collaborate with
engineers, architects, and clients as
needed.
7. Documentation and
Reporting
Maintain accurate
records of work progress, delays, incidents, and site
conditions.
Prepare daily or weekly reports for
upper management.
Available to work six days a
week, with flexibility to return on Sundays in case of
emergencies
