Roles & Responsibilities

Overview

In this role, you will be required to support the day-to-day operations of the production section you are assigned to. You will be required to maintain the production area cleanliness and comply with food hygiene management standards.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Following LWB standard operating procedures for basic food preparation duties e.g. prepare otah and pack nasi lemak
• Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
• Maintain & ensure the cleanliness of work area
• Adherence to food hygiene and safety
