Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end HR process, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance.
- Ensure the company's HR practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Oversee employee development and training initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and address any employee grievances or concerns.
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on the APPLY button below.
