Job Duties

  • Execute daily front and back-of-house operations smoothly and efficiently
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
  • Coordinate with kitchen, central kitchen, and vendors for stock and orders
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and outlet cleanliness
  • Manage digital tools and resolve technical issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback empathetically
  • Lead, train, and schedule team members for smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory, sales, expenses, and assist with pricing and promotions
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and maintain proper documentation
  • Any other duties as directed
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in F&B
  • Salary will be based on experience
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
