Job Duties
Execute daily front and back-of-house operations smoothly and efficientlyOversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and complianceCoordinate with kitchen, central kitchen, and vendors for stock and ordersMaintain food safety, hygiene, and outlet cleanlinessManage digital tools and resolve technical issuesDeliver excellent customer service and handle feedback empatheticallyLead, train, and schedule team members for smooth operationsMonitor inventory, sales, expenses, and assist with pricing and promotionsConduct regular inspections, audits, and maintain proper documentationAny other duties as directedJob Requirements
