Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position : Sales Manager (Events & Operations)
  • Location : Bugis
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10,000 + Allowance + Staff Benefits + Performance Bonus
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Electronics manufacturing supply chain

Main Responsibilities :

  • Standardize all events and exposition logistical processes
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, produce and manage the annual Southeast Asia exhibition and other events
  • Evaluate, streamline, and standardize workflow to increase process consistency and effective use of resources
  • Partner with HQ to ensure global expo operations standards and best practices
  • Manage overall show operations’ budgets- ensure show projects are completed within budget and meet the gross margin target
  • Manage customer relations
  • Develop and execute strategies for increasing attendees (exhibitors and visitors) satisfaction based on analyses of client satisfaction surveys
  • Launch and manage Exhibitor Engagement Program
  • Grow sales for sale booth space and sponsorship
  • Manage floor plans and special exhibit areas
  • Closely coordinate exhibition plan with marketing functions to optimize exhibit and sponsorship sales
  • Draft long-term planning for show operations and pricing

    • Requirements :

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
  • Diploma / B.S. / B.A. or equivalent working experience in appropriate discipline
  • Minimum five years proven experience working in an exhibition, conference, and / or event environment
  • 3+ years of product marketing and / or MICE sales role experience
  • Proficiency in computer and internet software skills such as MS Office, etc
