flagship store is located at RWS, a major tourist

destination.

We are looking for

Retail Assistants who are passionate

about customer service, heritage storytelling, and

growing with a fast-paced

startup .

Responsibilities

Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable

customer service to all

visitors.

Assist customers in curating

gift sets and heritage-inspired

purchases .

Manage

cashiering, POS operations, and payment

handling with accuracy.

Support

stock management : receiving,

replenishing, and merchandising products.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and

visually appealing at all times.

Uphold food safety and hygiene

standards (SFA requirements).

Work as a team to achieve sales targets and

brand objectives .

Support store

activities such as seasonal promotions, events, and

content

shoots .

Requirements

Experience in retail, F&B, or customer service

preferred (training provided).

Strong

communication skills in English; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is

an advantage (tourist crowd).

Positive, service-oriented, and

adaptable personality.

Able to

work shifts, weekends, and public holidays at Sentosa.

Startup mindset : willing to learn,

contribute ideas, and grow with the

brand .
