Job Description
Welcoming clients and candidates, directing them to appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.Handling calls, messages, mail sorting, and courier coordination.Overseeing office cleanliness, stocking supplies, and managing meeting room setups.Scheduling for the Directors, confirming meetings, and processing expense claims.Assisting with event planning and coordinating with catering vendors.Posting job ads, managing reports, and performing ad hoc administrative tasks.Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.The Successful Applicant
Has 3 to 5 years of receptionist and customer service experienceStrong business acumen, multitasking skills, with the ability to manage administrative tasks, support management team, and ensure smooth office operations.Team player, work independently, take the initiative, and adapt to evolving responsibilities.Discretion with confidential information : high attention to detailsProficiency in MS Office and systemsWhat's on Offer
