Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current data protection architecture and define future-state designs aligned with GDPR, PDPA, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Architect high-level and detailed solutions for Microsoft Purview Information Protection across cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring coverage of all functional and compliance requirements.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of sensitivity labels, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, auto-labelling rules, and information rights management (IRM) controls across Microsoft 365 workloads and legacy repositories.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and user acceptance activities, refining configurations based on feedback and real-world use cases.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, operational runbooks, and training materials; support knowledge transfer and “train-the-trainer” initiatives.
• Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations.
