Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
  • Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
  • Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
  • Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers

Job Specifications

  • At least Degree in QS / Civil Engineering / Building
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in civil industry
