Overview
Oversee daily sales operations involving various product categories.
Monitor and drive the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies based on product trends and customer demand.
Assign sales territories or client accounts to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Identify new sales opportunities and support the development of long-term customer partnerships.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines and new product launches.
Provide input on pricing, product selection, and promotions based on market feedback.
Qualifications / Requirements
Willingness to work night shift and split shift.
Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
