AVP, IT Audit - Major Financial Institution

Our client is a major financial institution with an established presence in the region. We are seeking to hire an IT Auditor in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of IT Audit, you will play an integral role in planning and executing technology audits. Your responsibilities include assessing potential risks and threats, conducting reviews on technology domains such as cybersecurity, applications, infrastructure, governance, and horizontal IT processes. Additionally, you will support initiatives to improve IT audit methodology and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in computer science or information security, along with professional qualifications such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CISM. A minimum of 6 years of relevant IT audit experience in a Big 4 audit firm, bank, or financial institution is required. Knowledge of MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines and other local regulatory requirements is essential. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in network applications, infrastructure, or cybersecurity audits, and be capable of examining critical technology and security risk areas. The ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
