CAVO Fitness is blending small-group personal training, customised individual programming, and a community-driven training culture. Every member trains on a program tailored to their goals, but they do it alongside others in a supportive community environment. Our mission is to deliver training that’s systematic, structured, progressive, and sustainable.
This is not a group-class instructor role.
This is not standard PT.
This is coaching that combines individualisation + community.
