The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in Malaysia’s recruitment sector.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new recruitment agencies as clients for our SaaS product.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
- Collaborate with the internal product and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
- Provide market feedback to help enhance product features and competitiveness.
- This is a
- profit-sharing based partnership
- role. The selected partner will receive a percentage of revenue / profit generated from clients acquired and managed.

Proven experience inbusiness development,sales, orpartnerships, preferably inHRTech,SaaS, orrecruitment industryStrong understanding of the recruitment agency ecosystem in Malaysia.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Existing network or relationships with recruitment firms is a strong advantage.You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a Pre-sales role.You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teamsYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong networker & relationship builder#J-18808-Ljbffr
