Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a Retail Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Sales Support Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Enquiry & Sample Management
- Manage the full cycle from sales enquiry to order delivery for key account customers.
- Prepare and share product assortment decks with key accounts promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange and track product samples for customers.
- Follow up on customer product queries with suppliers or regional teams and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare sales quotations (Item Agreement), obtain management approval, and send to customers.
Order Processing & Price Management
Review and verify all purchase order details, including delivery schedules, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.Maintain accurate item creation and price coding in the system for planners to process POs.Track delivery progress and ensure timely order entry.Maintain detailed records of all sales documentation and transactions.Quality Control & Packaging Coordination
Coordinate QC testing requirements for ordered products with suppliers, customers, and third-party testing partners.Work with marketing teams and suppliers to manage packaging graphics and ensure compliance with shipment requirements.Submit hi-resolution images and required documents to customers for website portal uploads.Marketing Expenses & Documentation
Track and maintain documentation for marketing expenses by customer.Process approvals and ensure timely submission of documents to customers.Ensure accurate upload of documents in SAP Docuware for finance processing and payment deductions.Cross-Functional Coordination & Other Duties
Act as liaison between sales, logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.Communicate with clients regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates.Handle customer complaints and defective product returns.Support marketing team with advertisement graphics and promotional materials.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in sales administration preferred; motivated fresh graduates with relevant internships or skill sets are encouraged.Proficient in English and Chinese (verbal and written) to support communication with China counterparts.Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to manage priorities and deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Able to maintain professionalism under pressure in fast-paced environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP Docuware is a plus.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume / cv.
