Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital product initiatives for our client, GovTech. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, ensuring alignment with user needs, and driving adoption within government or enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product success by bringing the product to end-users.
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews and gather insights.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
- Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
- Conduct and support systems, user acceptance, and security testing prior to release.
- Lead user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
- Provide ongoing product support, collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management with exposure to digital product development.Proven ability to deliver effective products with limited resources.Strong end-to-end experience working with cross-functional product teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing.Highly meticulous, proactive, and capable of driving tasks to closure.Ability to work independently under pressure and manage priorities to meet tight deadlines.Professional certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional will be an advantage.Tell employers what skills you have
