Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital product initiatives for our client, GovTech. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, ensuring alignment with user needs, and driving adoption within government or enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product success by bringing the product to end-users.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews and gather insights.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
• Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
• Conduct and support systems, user acceptance, and security testing prior to release.
• Lead user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
• Provide ongoing product support, collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve issues.
