Working
hour : 9am to 6.30pm
Conduct engaging live cooking demonstrations at retail
locations and promotional events.
Support the
execution of monthly activations and pop-ups, including setup,
teardown, and in-person sales.
Work closely
with part-time promoters to deliver a seamless and positive
customer experience.
Prepare and submit timely
post-event reports, detailing sales performance, customer feedback,
objections, and inventory changes.
Proactively
explore and propose new event opportunities such as roadshows,
bazaars, and seasonal fairs.
Handle basic
administrative duties and complete post-event documentation
accurately.
Coordinate with retail partners
and key stakeholders to maximize event visibility and customer
reach.
Monitor sales trends and performance,
sharing key insights and updates with the team.
Assist with event logistics, including the transport and
setup of demo tools, promotional materials, and booth
fixtures.
Provide feedback and suggestions
post-event to enhance the success of future activations.
Participate in retail stocktakes and flag low-stock or
fast-moving SKUs for replenishment.
Maintain
strong product knowledge and confidently communicate key features
and benefits to customers.
Support the
marketing team during quieter periods with recipe development and
content creation for campaigns and social media.
Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed to support event
operations and department
goals.
Job
Requirements :
Experience in retail sales, live demonstrations, or
event-based selling - ideally in kitchenware, lifestyle, or home
appliance sectors.
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills; able to engage customers confidently and
effectively.
Motivated, responsible, and
results-focused individual with a proactive approach.
Detail-oriented and organized, especially when handling
admin, stock records, and event logistics.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a
team during activations.
Comfortable with
basic computer tasks, including email, spreadsheets, and sales
reporting.
knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
Minimum
GCE N / O Level qualification or equivalent; higher education is
advantageous.
Flexible with work hours - must
be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and longer hours
during peak events.
Willing and able to travel
islandwide to support events at different locations.
Physically able to assist with setup, teardown, and
transport of event materials.
Prior experience
in event planning, coordination, or roadshow activations is highly
valued.
Basic cooking knowledge is a
bonus.
