Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Able to do full set of accounts and generate FS, Sales and Cash Flow reports
• Have experience in managing at least 2 staffs
• Manage and reconcile bank transactions
• Manage Debt collection and AR controller function
• Process Giro payments to suppliers and vendors
• File quarterly GST submission
• Handle tax and audit matters
• Handle yearly stock take supervision and backend preparation
• Has Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Requires email / Microsoft excel / Microsoft word knowledge
• Willing to work in Changi / East area
• Has experience in using NAVISION software (optional)
