About Us

Better Me is part of the TAL Education Group, one of the largest leading Edtech companies that focuses on online enrichment education, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). We are seeking for passionate tutors who can coach Primary School Mathematics.

Job Description

  • Committed to optimising and iterating the product strategy of the store, observing user habits, improving user experience, discovering new product features, and promoting solutions to existing problems.
  • Teaching preparation, pre-class preparation, and course delivery (inspiring students interest in learning, cultivating students' learning habits, and answering students' questions on time).
  • Feedback on student's learning situation (timely feedback to parents about the student's learning situation, summarising learning issues, and proposing a study suggestions).
  • Summarise the core needs of users, explore more channels, and promote and reach more potential target users by contacting and communicating with paying users and potential target users.

Requirements

  • No experience needed, but prior internship experience in the same industry or other related work is beneficial.
  • Minimally an 'A' Levels qualification or higher.
  • Have a certain understanding of educational products; good at communication; have channel development and organization implementation capabilities.
  • Passionate about education; possess strong affinity and responsibility.
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours.

    • Schedule :

  • Tuesday to Sunday
  • 2-3 days a week, and at least one weekend availability
