Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :

  • Recruiting, hiring, and training sales representatives.
  • Motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing team issues.Creating a positive and productive work environment.

Sales Strategy and Planning :

  • Developing and managing the sales pipeline.Setting and monitoring sales quotas and targets.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting :

  • Preparing regular sales reports and presentations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Budget Management :

  • Managing the sales budget effectively.Monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
  • Ensuring effective communication and follow-up with customers.
  • Skills and Qualifications :
