Finance Manager (Construction | Percentage of Completion) - Up to 8,500 + Bonus

Main Responsibilities :

• Prepares and consolidates monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensures strict compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and statutory
• Manages the preparation of the Annual Report and year-end results announcements
• Leads the month-end closing process, manages the company's budget preparation, and produces forecasts for cash flow, borrowing needs, and investment capacity
• Establishes and maintains a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to guarantee data accuracy and reliability
• Assists with the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) audit
• Reviews corporate taxation computations and supervises the accounting team's daily operations

Requirements :

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin business associates
• Degree in Accounting and / or professional accounting qualification, CPA, ACCA, ISCA, etc
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in Marine / Construction / Shipyard industry
• Familiar with PoC (Percentage of Completion)
