Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

1.Responsible for full sets of accounts.

2.Review supporting documents of payment requests, prepare daily payments.

3.Maintain different kinds of statistical books.

4.Responsible for Month end closing, prepare Bank reconciliation, Aging, Finance reports and audit schedules.

5.Responsible for Account checking of Inter-companies, group related companies and suppliers.

6.Assist in the annual audit of local companies and their subsidiaries.

7.Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements :

1.Bachelor's Degree and above, major in Accounting or related.

2.More than 3 years finance work experience, shipping or insurance industry is preferred, able to handle full set accounts.

3.Fluent in Chinese and English so that can liaise with Chinese counterparties.

4.Proficient in Office software, good Excel and Word skill.

5.Familiar with accounting software, acknowledge of Sage / SAP / Oracle is preferred.
