Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Singapore-based retail food sales and events company. Due to expansion, they are looking for a creative and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to grow online sales, boost digital presence, and build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities : E-Commerce Sales

  • Manage and grow e-commer platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, GrabMart, Foodpanda, Deliveroo and TikTok Shop.
  • Plan and run online promotions and festive campaigns.
  • Update company website with accurate products and promotions.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment with production and delivery partners.

Marketing and Brand Management

  • Run TikTok ads, Meta ads, and Google ads to generate sales and leads.
  • Plan monthly social media content calendars and liaise with designers.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns and PR outreach.
  • Support customer engagement activities and loyalty program growth.
  • Act as brand ambassador.

    • Requirements :

  • Diploma or higher in marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and ads.
  • Skilled in social media marketing, influencer campaigns, and PR.
  • Organised, creative, and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge in video editing.

    • Other information

  • Basic salary + entitlement to sales commission.
  • Location : West, may be shifting to north next year.
  • No wfh arrangement.
