Roles & Responsibilities

About the job :

  • Carry out planned inspections, quality control, and supervision of FMC technicians and sub-contractors, including those appointed by the Corporation.
  • Handle incidents, complaints, breakdowns, and repairs. Provide engineering and technical assessments for troubleshooting, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions via sub-contractors and service providers.
  • Oversee and manage term contractors for maintenance work.
  • Coordinate with end users on minor works, fitting-out works, and renovation projects.
  • Be familiar with the use of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Facilities & Estate Management System (FEMS).
  • Prepare cost estimates for maintenance work when required by the Client.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly / monthly lift breakdown reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly KPI reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of incident reports.
  • Perform any other work necessary for effective operations of the property or as directed by the Supervisor or Client.
  • Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes to build a strong safety culture

About You :

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience in the Facilities Management (FM) field.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to lead and support a team.
  • Familiarity with BCA compliance standards and safety protocols.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
