- Review Contract Docuements
- Make MTO, BOQ
- Study drawings, specifications
- Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim
- Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors
- Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant
- Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation
- Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.
- Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
- Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s) : Accountability, Take ownership of task, Strong mindset, Communication skillTell employers what skills you have
