Outlet Manager

Job Purpose :

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to oversee 1-2 F&B outlets. This role is responsible for daily operations, achieving business results, and leading the team to consistently deliver outstanding service and quality. The successful candidate will support area leadership in driving performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor and manage profit margins, cost control, and inventory
• Implement local marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met
• Monitor service quality and provide coaching to team members
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead, motivate, and build a high-performing team
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Manage team morale, shift planning, and manpower needs
• Handle daily reporting, cash handling, and stock ordering
• Liaise with suppliers and support departments
• Support in outlet audits, inspections, and special projects
