Buyer (Electronics / Manufacturing) - WECRUIT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, issuing RFQs, price negotiation, shipment coordination, and delivery follow-up.
• Review and procure materials, components, and equipment based on MRP requirements.
• Monitor material shortages and proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with supply chain planning and vendors to ensure on-time delivery to meet production schedules.
• Oversee inventory management by reviewing and implementing stocking policies set by management.
• Liaise with logistics providers for shipment arrangements, customs declarations, and tracking of delivery status.
• Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, on-time delivery, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, including vendor onboarding, database updates, and submission of PO / DN / invoice to Finance.
• Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and NCT (Non-Conformance Tracking) processes with suppliers.
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly procurement reports.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and operational needs.
