Job descriptionDegree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a recognized University by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore and registered with IES / ACES as a Resident Engineer. Minimum 3-5 years of C&S work experience with strong knowledge on construction of residential projects and new building (foundation to superstructure works). Good supervisory and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil and structural construction works (high-rise residential) at the site.
- Manage a team of site staff if necessary.
- Inspections and checks at site, precast, steel structure etc.
- Ensure the site work are in order and comply with the authorities and contract requirement.
