Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Nearest MRT – Promenade / Esplanade
Working Days : Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
Salary : Up to $4,500 (based on experience)
Training provided for entry-level candidates

Job Responsibilities :

Sales Enquiry & Sample Management

Oversee the end-to-end process from sales enquiry to order delivery for key account customers.

Prepare and share product assortment presentations with key accounts in a timely manner.

Coordinate with suppliers to arrange, track, and manage product samples for customers.

Prepare sales quotations (Item Agreement), secure management approval, and send to customers.

Order Processing & Pricing Management

Review and verify purchase order details, including delivery schedules, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.

Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely order entry.

Quality Control & Packaging Coordination

Coordinate quality control testing for ordered products with suppliers, customers, and third-party testing partners.

Collaborate with marketing teams and suppliers to manage packaging graphics and ensure compliance with shipment requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Other Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between sales, logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Communicate with clients regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in sales administration preferred
