Executive Assistant to CEO & Business Support (Jap MNC) - East / 5 days / UP 5,000

Responsibilities :

• Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and act as liaison with Japanese principals and internal teams.
• Translate documents and ensure smooth communication between CEO and stakeholders.
• Organize BOD meetings, prepare materials, and record minutes accurately.
• Support sales admin : process orders, prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and compile reports.
• Assist marketing activities and monitor campaigns executed by Marketing Executive.
• Handle confidential information and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma
• Proficient in English and Japanese for effective communication with stakeholders and business communications
