Roles & Responsibilities

• Create promotion mechanics in EPOS
• ensure inventory is tallied with physical stocks in the store
• Prepare promotion price tags
• Process payments and refunds, operate the cash register, and manage returns.
• Propose replenishments to the store manager
• Assist in floor layout plans
• Replenish stocks if there is any delivery
• Opening and closing store
• Informing customers about special offers, discounts, and the store's loyalty program
• Giving feedback to the store manager about customer experiences
