Medical Affairs Lead to play a critical interface between the
medical, commercial, and clinical functions of the organization. In
this role, you will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Market
Access, and Business Development to translate clinical insights
into strategic value, support go-to-market initiatives and
reinforce the clinical credibility of our product portfolio in the
field.
You will also drive external engagement
with key opinion leaders (KOLs), develop medical tools that support
value-based selling, and ensure scientific accuracy and compliance
across all customer-facing activities.
Key
Responsibilities : Commercial Strategy
Support
Provide medical
strategy input during commercial planning, segmentation, targeting,
and positioning discussions.
Participate in
brand planning, product lifecycle management, and competitive
strategy development to align scientific messages with customer
needs.
Collaborate on the creation of value
propositions, sales training, and commercial campaigns with medical
insights and data support.
2)Field Engagement
& Customer-Facing Support
Act as a
scientific partner to the sales team, joining key account
discussions as needed to support clinical credibility and deepen
relationships.
Deliver medical education
sessions, and clinical evidence discussions to healthcare
providers.
3) Scientific Support for
Marketing
Partner with Marketing to develop
scientific content for brochures, campaigns, product launches, and
omnichannel assets.
Lead the
Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) review process for promotional
materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.
Review and contribute to content for LinkedIn posts,
congress booth messaging, website copy, e-detailers, and sales
enablement tools.
4) Medical Training &
Sales Enablement
Design and deliver medical
training programs for commercial teams, enabling them to
confidently communicate clinical value and product
differentiation.
Create and maintain Q&A
documents, scientific slide decks, objection-handling guides, and
talking points for use in the field.
Provide
medical coaching during pre-launch and post-launch
phases.
5) KOL & Stakeholder
Engagement
Identify, engage, and
build strategic relationships with KOLs, academic leaders, and
decision-makers to support clinical advocacy and market
development
